Thank you for shopping at Pawsland! 🐾 We want your order to reach you and your furry friend as smoothly as possible. Please read the policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You'll get a second email with tracking details once your order ships.
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, new launches), processing may take a little longer. If there's a significant delay with your order, we'll contact you by email.
Shipping Times & Rates
Estimated delivery times below are in addition to the processing time above. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Note: Because some Pawsland products ship directly from our partner warehouses, delivery windows can vary by item and destination. Items in the same order may arrive separately and in more than one package.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at [tracking link / carrier site]. Please allow [24–72] hours for tracking information to update after it's issued.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Pawsland has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Shipping Delays
Pawsland is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, or other disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pawsland is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If you still can't locate it, contact us at [email] within [7] days and we'll do our best to help.
If your item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within [48 hours] of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
